Event description
Join us for the next edition of the FOHLC Café, where we continue our journey around the world! This interactive session will give you a chance to learn from practitioners in Spain and Germany who are actively engaging teenagers developing French as heritage language.
Grab a cup of coffee or tea and come chat about your experiences with other people involved in heritage language education. Everyone is welcome: teachers, community organizers, and anyone interested in multilingualism.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Program
This time, we are honored to welcome Stéphanie Adelaide in Madrid, Spain, who is the founder and director of L'école du FLAM, and Danielle Capron in Frankfurt, Germany, who runs "Les Mange-Micros" and involved with Animation Enfantine. We will hear from these esteemed practitioners about what they do to keep teenagers motivated, for example, by running a radio program with them.
